We're a nano-brewery, so smaller than a micro, and based in north-east Devon on the edge of Exmoor.  Producing bottle-conditioned ales in batches of 200 litres, so approximately 400 bottles each time, we endeavour to care for our environment and its precious resources.  All product is vegan friendly, we re-circulate our cooling water for cleaning so its not single use, compost our hops, with spent grain going to the farmer next door, sourcing the majority of our needs from within the south-west, and we're aiming to be declared plastic free within 2022.  Additionally we're a CareMoor for Exmoor Business Champion.  This is just the beginning of our commitment and journey to being as sustainable as possible.
